And former Gunners star Parlour believes no English club would want to face the Scottish giants next.
'I wouldn't want to get Rangers,' he said on Friday's talkSPORT Breakfast.
'For Arsenal I think that's a really tricky game, with the way Steven Gerrard is approaching games and going all-out attack. They're in the last-16 and they'll be confident they can go a long way in this tournament.

'I'm not envious of Rangers as all, Celtic had their own way for nine years, and if I'm being dead honest Scottish football is hard to watch, but the teams can raise their game and Steven is doing a brilliant job, no doubt about it.
'Can they win it? You never know in cup knockouts. There are some good teams left in. If they get Manchester United, I think they'll be too strong for Rangers, but we'll see.
